At THREE NAILS, we stand behind the quality of our premium athletic gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure you are completely satisfied with your performance apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping mailer if possible.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
